"The protagonist, Koichi Anno, serves wealthy individuals with assets exceeding 1 billion yen, meticulously protecting their wealth as a ""private banker."" He began his career as a major securities man and became a legendary figure in the industry,moving between various overseas securities companies. Now independent, he operates as a private banker of the ""multi-family office"" type, managing multiple wealthy clients. In a certain town‘s dango shop, the owner, Kumiko, burdened with debt and looking troubled, receives a helping hand from Todo of Tokugawa Bank. However, as Kumiko follows the bank's advice to take out loans and make investments, she ends up with a debt of 1 billion yen. Anno points out that this might be a massive fraud orchestrated by the bank and takes on the task of uncovering the truth. Anno begins his investigation with the help of his right-hand man, Mikoshiba. As a result, it becomes clear that the debt burdening the dango shop is due to the schemes of Usami Foods' president. Determined to fight against this injustice, Kumiko pleads with Anno to do something, and the two of them attempt a counterattack."
