During the reign of Emperor Tao Kwang, Ching Dynasty, opium does harm to our folk. Though the Emperor bans opium, high officers smuggle opium with opium importers and thus our country suffers, Tao Kwang then appoints Lin Shih Tsui to get rid of opium in Southern China. Even so, he gets hindered by local officers. He asks for help from Hwang Fei Hung, a local instructor and thus begins a great heroic story.
