A wave of kaiju emerges from an industrial area in Tokyo. Despite Captain Gento and the Special Kaiju Reaction Detachment (SKaRD)’s efforts to engage in a relentless battle, the endless kaiju attack continues. After investigation, SKaRD suspects a link to Necromass Co., an advanced chemical company that researches kaiju carcasses and owns factories in that industrial area, thus rushes to the company’s CEO and famed chemist, Dr. Mabuse. They soon find out that Necromass Co.'s research facility is developing a substance called “damudoxin”, which may help human to achieve immortality. Suddenly, Alien Damuno, who claim themselves as the "ruler of the universe", appear and destroy tanks that contain damudoxin. Damudoxin therefore leaks out, consuming samples of kaiju carcasses and giving rise to the giant Gongilgan, the Demonic Carcass. Will SKaRD be able to reveal the truth and protect Tokyo from the kaiju attack?
