Bean

As an employee of London's National Art Gallery, Mr. Bean's sole job requirement is to guard paintings by sitting quietly in front of them all day – something the hyperactive Bean is quite incapable of. A human resource person's nightmare, Bean is soon banished by the Gallery's board to the U.S. with a brand new assignment – to pose as an art expert and accompany an invaluable painting, purchased by an American philanthropist, General Newton. Over on the other side of the pond, Bean successfully charms the hardened Americans with the hysterically funny ways in which he deals with the world.
