Wesley (Lau) is a memeber of the United Nation Aliens Analyzing Agency, and no stranger to extraterrestrial sightings. This time he finds himself face to face with Fong (Kwan), a blue-blooded alien stranded on earth. Wesley and his girlfriend So (Shu) promise to help Fong, but they must first combat FBI's powerful X Unit, who intends to capture Fong for their experiments. Making matters worse is the arrival of two aliens from Fong's home planet, determined to kill anyone that prevents them from retrieving their own species.
