Black Hawk Down

October 1993, a U.S. military mission in Mogadishu, Somalia goes disastrously wrong. The objective is to abduct two lieutenants of a Somali warlord, as part of a strategy to quell the civil war ravaging the country. But when two seemingly invincible Black Hawk helicopters are shot down over the city, the mission completely changes into a desperate race to rescue the surviving flight crews and soldiers on the ground. Outnumbered and surrounded, young Rangers and veteran Delta Force soldiers fight side by side against overwhelming odds, in the process learn the true nature of war and heroism.
