Last Train to Christmas

It's Christmas Eve, 1985 and Tony Towers boards the London-Nottingham train, intent on introducing his trophy wife-to-be to his estranged brother. As he heads into the next carriage to buy champagne, he is sent forward in time to 1995. He is ten years older; his business has collapsed; his wife has left him, and he has lost everything. But back in 1985 carriage, everything is as he left it. Try as he might, he can never move forward to the next decade without failing. His only option is to move into the previous carriage, to 1975 and try to unpick the tangled web of his life choices. But going back means opening old wounds and the consequences of the time jumps will come at a terrible personal cost. The only way to right all the wrongs of his life, is to go back through the carriages to 1945, when he was five years old, and make a sacrifice that could lose him everything.
